Leather Goods

Each leather bag, wristlet, wallet, and other leather goods that we make here at Sievers Blumen is handmade with heart. We source our leather from wonderful, honest leather suppliers and hand-cut each piece with a trusty utility knife. We hand-stitch or use our new industrial sewing machine to construct each item. We are a small batch shop that continually invests in learning more about leathercraft to ensure the highest quality of items head out our door. Each piece is unique due to the leather and because it is handcrafted with care.

We didn’t begin Sievers Blumen like this, though. We began as a cut flower farm in 2019. (Fun fact: “blumen” means “flowers” in German.) Although we don’t sell retail cut flowers anymore, we did want to honor our flower roots with the launch of our leather goods. You’ll notice that each of our collections is named after a flower!

    We love working with leather because it holds up well and stands the test of time. It’s also a byproduct of the meat industry, so rather chuck hides in the landfill, it only makes sense to make use of the whole cow whenever possible.
