Description
Related to the pink Foxtrot, Foxy Foxtrot emerges as a lovely “Easter” yellow with a touch of pink to the petals. The pink intensifies to a salmon color as the yellow fades to honey. Foxy Foxtrot blooms early, around the same time and pairs well with it’s parent Foxtrot. Each package contains 10 bulbs.
Tulips should be planted approximately 6 inches deep in the Fall (October to November) for adequate chilling time. Plant tulips up to 6 inches apart in the landscape or plant them egg crate style (basically 1 inch apart) for cut flowers. Do not cut the flowers and allow the foliage to die back completely before removing it if you are wanting your tulips to perennialize in the landscape. For cut flower use, pull the tulip stem with bulb attached to extend storage time in a cooler or cut the bulb off and pop the stems in a vase for a lovely Spring arrangement.
